West Bridgford Bridge Club meets on Monday evenings at 7 pm in the Rushcliffe Arena.
West Bridgford is a town just to the south of Nottingham, and is easy to get to either from the city centre, or from surrounding areas.
The club was formed in 1965 and has had various venues until finally settling at the Rushcliffe Arena. This is a convenient location for members with good access and safe parking. Disabled parking is also available and the Arena is wheelchair-access friendly.
There are three teams entered in the Nottinghamshire Teams of Eight league enabling all interested players to participate.
New members are welcome. The club is particularly keen to encourage newcomers to the game of bridge and it cooperates with local colleges offering bridge courses. If you would like to play but do not have a partner, contact us and we will do all we can to get you a game.
If you are looking for a bridge club in the area and have questions or would like to arrange a visit, please contact a committee member who will be glad to help.
The table fee is currently £2.00 for members and £3.00 for guests. Full membership is £15.00 for a year.
We enjoy a competitive atmosphere, yet the club has a friendly reputation. The club is affiliated to the EBU and the Nottinghamshire Contract Bridge Association. There is a strict no smoking policy.
